Key Account Management

• Develop the appropriate account planning tool/s for your business
• Tailor each component of these tools to your specific business needs
• Train each participant on how to use the tools
• Each participant to write a minimum of one customer plan (typically two each)
• Each participant to have their plans critiqued
• Shared learning of strategies and activities across the team
• Participants will learn a pro active strategic approach to managing their customers
• How to measure and therefore enhance their business relationships
• Develop strategies to combat competitors
• Learn and understand how to leverage your business with your key customers
• Each participant leaves with working active documents with clear immediate and future action points
